Role Description
This is a full-time and part-time on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Houston, TX. The Telemarketing Specialist will engage in lead generation and outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Atlas Facility Solutions’ range of services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable solutions. The role involves effective communication and collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to achieve targets and provide excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Lead Generation and Sales
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of building rapport with clients and fostering long-term business relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications being a plus
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
