Starting Pay: $15 - $18/hr based on experience, bi-weekly pay schedule
Part-Time hours: 4 - 6 hour shifts
Monday - Friday weekly schedule (working between 8am - 5pm hours)

Physicality of your job:
Must be able to lift 40lbs. Constant and repetitive movements and use of limbs. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements.
Your job responsibilities:
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Utilize appropriate company provided materials based on the task at hand
- Clean and sanitize designated areas:
- Dust and wipe down surfaces- walls, trim, ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, etc.
- Clean dishware - plates, cups, pots, pans, silverware, etc.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Thorough external and internal cleaning of appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc.)
- Complete laundry duties such as:
- Washing and drying bedding
- Making beds
- Folding towels and blankets
- Other duties as assigned
Important skills and abilities:
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred (but not required)
- Can accurately document daily tasks completed and provide updates to management
- Capacity to troubleshoot and problem solve
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks diligently
