Overview
We are a rental business looking for cleaning help this spring, summer and fall. Opportunities long-term thereafter as well. All supplies are provided and no travel necessary. We are looking for a reliable, independent and detailed-orientated cleaning team member. In this role you will help prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing thorough move out cleanings. Your work ensures the units are fresh and move in ready. Paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in diverse environments.
- Conduct routine condition inspections including reporting issues to maintenance team promptly.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a secure work environment.
- Support residential painting or light maintenance tasks when required to enhance property appearance.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is helpful.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures for different surfaces and product knowledge.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness are essential qualities for success in this role.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
