What does an RV Painter do for us?
Painting, prepping, repairing, assisting with repairs on all makes and models of RV’s. Responsible for daily time management and quality of work performed. Uses proper tools to complete jobs efficiently and safely. Responsible for showing up to work on time and working together as a team with co-workers. Painting of RVs for internal inventory for sales department to sell and for the outside insurance and customer pay-customer.

- Ensure that all paint work performed is done properly
- Can effectively utilize a paint mixing station
- Can tint colors for color matching
- Problem solve and make decisions that are best for both the company and customer
- Complies with all safety regulations and maintains a safe work environment within the workplace
- Assumes other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
- Take accountability for mistakes and learn from them
- Be open to ideas and feedback from other co-workers
- Maintain and keep your set of tools organized in the work area
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of prepping, painting, tinting of colors.
- Knowledge on using a paint mixing system.
- Responsible, trustworthy, team player
