Position summary: JMT is seeking a highly organized, diligent, enthusiastic, and proactive marketing assistant to support our regional marketing team with daily operations. The selected candidate will be highly punctual, able to learn technical terminology, and communicate in a concise, collaborative manner.
Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lifting and carrying objects up to 20 pounds. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Daily review of client procurement websites and related systems to identify marketing leads and opportunities
- Daily data entry of leads, opportunities, and other information into Client Relationship Management (CRM) database system
- Data entry and oversight of Open Asset (digital asset management photo database)
- Maintain marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultant information, etc.
- Assist with drafting, formatting, editing, and packaging of proposals
- Prepare general pre-qualifications packages
- Assistance with regional conference organization and logistics
- Performance rating tracking for project evaluations and proposal selection results
- Clerical support for the marketing department
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 tools
- Knowledge of databases
- General InDesign knowledge is beneficial (beginner proficiency)
- Prior experience in the Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management (AEC) industry
