We are searching for the best talent for DC Projects & Innovation Lead to be in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Purpose: This job description covers skills and responsibilities of the DC Projects & Innovation Lead. This position will have the responsibilities for end-to-end Project excellence within Distribution and Transportation operations for all Finished Goods.

You will be responsible for:

• Flawlessly execute critical DC operational Projects
• Develop a BIC Inventory mindset within all operations utilizing innovation and automation.
• Develop business relevant metrics to drive success.
• Tell the DC organizational story through approved social media sites (i.e., Yammer)
• Expeditiously resolve any inventory discrepancies that are associated with FG NPIs
• Maintain BIC inventory Practices.
• Adhere to all applicable Synthes-Anspach Quality Procedures and safety requirements.
• Mentor and develop Distribution Team members.
• Support the continuous improvement of DC process flows and OPs.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one-year related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.

Experience:

• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common

fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the company.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
