We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist - Equipment Lead to be onsite in Malvern, PA or Spring House, PA.

Purpose

The Equipment Lead will be part of the Digital team and serve as a key partner to the Digital and Automation leadership team, driving strategic execution for Equipment and data management. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about enabling digital transformation through change management and strong partnerships committed to inclusion.

You Will Be Responsible For

Equipment Management including:

• Drive strategic roadmap for Equipment
• Integrating Analytical and Process Equipment to Global Data Systems
• Metrology management for equipment including automation of daily calibrations
• Implementation of equipment logbooks
• Work with key users to drive governance and change management as Equipment owner
• Ensure GXP compliance, support audits and drive data integrity for Equipment systems
  
  

Education

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or other relative scientific field is required
• Advanced degree is preferred
  
  

Required

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
• Experience with GXP compliance
• Experience in integrating Equipment to Global Data Systems
• Strong project management skills and problem solving using new systems
• Excellent organizational & planning skills, and must be detail-oriented
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or software validation
• Experience with metrology systems
