Job Overview
We are looking for a Parts & Service Director to lead and support our parts and service team in our pursuit of excellent customer service and satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has automotive experience, preferably in management, and has a track record of good communication and organization. In this role, you will oversee daily parts and service operations and ensure top-tier customer service. Your leadership will drive efficiency, profitability, and a seamless experience for both our team and customers.
What You'll Do
- Coach, mentor, and train a team of technicians, service advisors, parts associates, department managers, and warranty administrators.
- Manage parts & service performance and maintain the smooth operation of the shop including bay efficiency, hours sold per RO, effective labor rate, etc.
- Maintain and meet the standards and requirements set by General Motors/Chevrolet in regard to service procedure, warranty claims and repairs, and CSI.
- Supervise parts administration tasks such as data entry, order management, pricing strategies, and parts sourcing to support automotive repair and service operations.
- Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, and labor cost control
- Collaborate with the sales department on efficient management of internal vehicle repairs and serve as a liason to the sales team.
- Drive internal communication across departments to streamline processes related to scheduling, dispatching, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure all inpsection and diagnostic procedures are followed while providing the customer with professional, timely recommendations.
- Promote safety while ensuring quality and service standards
Requirements
- Experience in automotive service/repair.
- Management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to read and analyze reports and KPI's
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and automotive parts & accessories.
- Ability to jump in and figure it out!

- Salary is paid weekly and bonuses based on departments performances is paid monthly

- No Saturday work! Our Parts and Service Department is Monday-Friday only.
The pay range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base salary pay variable compensation earned) is $100,000 - $125,000 or more. This is a bonus-based role with uncapped earning potential.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
