Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Repair Tech to join our team. We would prefer a candidate with experience in body work or paint. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition through expert collision repair, structural work, and cosmetic refinishing. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive outstanding service and quality workmanship. Some on the job training is available.
Duties
- Perform automotive structural repairs using repair techniques such as welding, frame repair, dent removal, grinding, sanding, etc.
- Conduct sheet metal fabrication and repair to restore vehicle frames and panels to factory specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and auto painting equipment to prepare surfaces for refinishing.
- Execute automotive cosmetic repairs including dent removal, auto restoration, and auto body refinishing with precision.
- Install automotive parts such as auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with attention to detail.
- Apply auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Follow auto estimating procedures and document repair processes accurately for customer records.
Skills
- Experience with a strong background in auto body repair and collision work.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive structural components.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and sanding tools.
- Experience with automotive parts installation, auto glass replacement, and vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with auto restoration processes and automotive cosmetic repair methods.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently as part of an automotive body technician team.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with auto estimating expertise for seamless communication.

This is an hourly position Monday - Friday 40 hours a week.
Pay will be discussed based on experience and fit for the job.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
