What You’ll Do As the Warehouse Manager II, you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations — from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment and distribution. You’ll lead and develop a team of supervisors, leads, clerks, and warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead day and night warehouse teams to achieve safety, accuracy, and productivity goals. Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, replenishment, and outbound shipping. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive decisions and process improvements. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse — ensuring equipment, layout, and safety standards support efficient operations. Recruit, train, and develop team members, creating clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Partner with other departments (Sales, Delivery, and HR) to align operational goals and support company initiatives. What We’re Looking For 3 years of warehouse or distribution management experience leading multi-shift teams. Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable using data to drive performance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite. Understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations. Flexibility to support both day and night operations as needed.
