We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Brand Ambassador to become part of our Over The Top Cake Supplies team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers
- Identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with birthday parties and kid camps
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in decorating (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)
Pay Information:
- $15/hour
- Paid Time Off after 60 days
- 401k and employer match after 1 year of service
- Company paid short term disability and Life/AD&D
