Johnson Animal Clinic is small animal clinic in Hikes Point seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist who enjoys a fast-paced environment. We are privately owned and take pride in our family-like atmosphere. We aspire to be a practice where, as a team, we make a positive impact on pet health care in our community. We have a state of the art facility that is clean and conveniently located. We looking for team oriented, friendly people to join us!
Duties would include but are not limited to: provide the highest level of customer service, scheduling appointments, answering a multi-lined telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, filling, prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, and front office and reception area maintenance, willingness to learn, assisting other staff members in daily tasks etc. We take pride in providing compassionate care for our clients and their pets. The ideal applicant will have a can-do attitude, able to use Cornerstone soft ware , able to multi-task and enjoy working with people and their pets. Must have reliable transportation, Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
