Job Summary:
- Responsible for the activities of the shift including assignment of work and resource allocation of staff, equipment, assignments, and scheduling.
- Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols and pathways for optimal care delivery and unit workflow.
- Actively participates in Quality Improvement, direct observations, and medical record reviews.
- Acts as the clinical expert and resource for staff
- Supports unit management in activities to meet department goals.
- Participates in evaluating, coaching and mentoring staff under the direction of the clinical manager and department director.
Position Details:

- Full-time, 40 hours/week, benefitted
- 8-hour day shifts
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Maryland RN License (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state)
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR
- BSN required
- 3-5 years experience
- 1 years charge nurse experience in clinical area
Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
