Schedule include mostly days, nights, weekends, and holidays

- JHCP Hospital-Based Medicine, HCMC, Columbia, Maryland
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Unrestricted MD Licensure in the State of Maryland required.
- Certified Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- BLS/ACLS Certification required.
- Preferred:
- Leadership experience: managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team
- Leadership experience collaborating with Hospital Leadership
- Experience with RVU model, budgeting, staffing
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Strong change management and problem-solving skills
- Scheduling experience, with Q-Genda
- Data analysis
