Position Summary:
- The Retail Nutrition Manager assists in planning, administering, and directing all activities related to food service retail operations.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of effective merchandizing, quality assessment of marketplace conditions, customer expectations and product selection while upholding the Healthy at Hopkins initiatives.
- Drives customer and employee satisfaction.

Full-time (40 hours of work per week)

Education/ Experience
High school degree/GED required
BS degree in food service, hospitality or related field
Three (3) to five (5) years previous management experience in high-volume food service operation, retail/franchise experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications
- Current ServSafe certification, or must be able to pass within probationary period.
Salary Range: Minimum $31.96/hour - Maximum $55.95/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
