Position Summary:
- The Barista Lead position is responsible to open or close the store daily, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
Shift:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Evening Shift
Weekend Work Required
Location: Howard County Medical Center,
5755 Cedar Lane, Columbia, MD 21044
Education/ Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail hospitality culinary experience required.
Licensure/Certifications:
Barista, specialty drink certification, or equivalent required
ServSafe certification preferred but not required
Salary Range: Minimum 16.40 per hour - Maximum 27.09 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
