Summary
Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to Vice President–level executives, requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Acts as a trusted partner to ensure seamless daily operations, effective communication, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Manages complex calendars, coordinates domestic and international travel, and serves as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Prepares executive-level materials, organizes meetings, and tracks action items and key initiatives to ensure deadlines are met. Handles sensitive information with discretion while supporting budget tracking, expense management, and cross-functional projects. Proactively anticipates needs and identifies opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (Required)
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
- 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role (Required)
