What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powersports Sales Associate position at Johnny K's Powersports?
Johnny K's Powersports is currently looking for an experienced Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have current or prior Sales experience in powersports, automotive, or a related industry. Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude. You will greet new customers and answer customer questions while maintaining top-notch customer service. We are willing to train the right individual. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:
---Tuesday-Friday: 9am-6pm
---Saturday: 10am-4pm
---Sunday & Monday: OFF
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year sales preferably in powersports or dealership
- Knowledge and experience with powersports and/or motorcycles
- Flexible work schedule and a positive attitude
- Professional appearance
- Disciplined work ethic
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Calmly handle and resolve customer disputes
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
