CDL A Driver End Dump — Dedicated, Regional, Home Daily (No Weekends)

We specialize in regional demolition steel coil hauling across PA, OH, NY, NJ, CT, and WV. Our drivers are the backbone of our operation, and we invest in people who take pride in safety and professionalism.

The Role: You'll transport specialized freight safely and efficiently on established regional routes — and you'll be home every night. No layovers. No extended time on the road. No guessing when you'll see your family.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle with steel dump trailer on regional routes
• Load, transport, and unload demolition materials and steel coils
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Navigate PA, OH, NY, NJ, CT, and WV safely and efficiently
• Represent the company with professionalism and pride

What We're Not Looking For: This is a driver's role, not a full labor position. You'll handle light loading/unloading assistance as needed, but the focus is on skilled, safe driving.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: Starting $1,300/week average gross commission pay based on experience and performance

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (current and clean)
• Minimum 3 consecutive years of verifiable truck driving experience
• At least 2 years of dump trailer hauling experience
• Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
• Pass DOT drug alcohol screening (pre-employment and random testing per FMCSA)
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Physically capable of light loading/unloading and tarp systems when required
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Nice to Have

• Experience with steel or demolition hauling
• Strong mechanical knowledge (helpful for pre-trip efficiency)
