A prominent national law firm is hiring an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its transactional practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions, land use matters, and commercial property deals across multiple jurisdictions.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, land use, and property law
- Experience with title work, zoning regulations, and municipal filings
- Paralegal certificate preferred; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Advanced organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transactional environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service
Key Job Functions
- Draft and review real estate legal documents, including deeds, leases, purchase agreements, easements, and promissory notes
- Coordinate and manage real estate closings, including preparation of closing documents and signature packages
- Conduct title searches, UCC filings, and other due diligence research
- Obtain and analyze land records, zoning information, and municipal documentation
- Prepare and organize land use applications and supporting exhibits
- Track and manage post-closing documentation and filings
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, title companies, and government agencies to ensure smooth transaction execution
- Support compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations
- Maintain organized transaction files and databases
