Previous asphalt paving experience required.
Screed experience required.
Start date - Immediately
The ideal candidate will have asphalt paving experience and be able to currently operate or be willing to learn to operate:
Tracked Caterpillar Pavers (AP1055, AP655, AP255)
Paver Screeds
Caterpillar Rollers (Pneumatic and twin steel faced)
Caterpillar Skidsteers
Tack Distributor Truck
Handwork when necessary
Training and paving education is available

The following is a list of essential duties that the successful candidates will be expected to fulfill
- Follow all company safety protocols.
- Use tools such as lutes, shovels, packers, mini excavator, etc, when necessary.
- Operate machinery safely and properly (rollers/paver/skidsteer/broom/etc)
- Other tasks assigned
- Finish Grading work is a major bonus.

Physical demands of the job
- Stand and work for 8 hours a day
- Withstand and be able to work in loud construction environments.
- Be able to sit on and operate machines for several hours without stopping.
- Be able to withstand vibrations from machinery for several hours without stopping.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Be able to climb on and off machinery unassisted.
- Be able to walk, crouch, kneel, etc without assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $50.00 per hour
