Johner Paving is hiring dependable, hardworking team members for the 2026 season. Roller or paver experience is a strong plus — but we’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, and related equipment
- Perform asphalt handwork when needed
- Follow crew leadership and safety standards
- Work as part of a tight-knit paving team
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and motivated
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work 8 hours outdoors
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and loud environments
