Accounting Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our John's Tractor Works team as an Accounting Administrative Assistant! You will be responsible for assisting the office, salesmen, & parts manager with daily office operations at an agriculture, construction, lawn & garden, equipment dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone
- Data entry
- Filing
- Performing accounting functions such as AP, AR, reconcile general ledgers, prepare deposits
- advertising co-op
- Advertising Ad's
- Social Media Assistance
- Website management
- other responsibilties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeper experience required
- Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidential information
