Long Term Care Pharmacy Technician – Production Team

John’s Rx Long Term Care is looking for a dependable team member to join our pharmacy production and order fulfillment team.
This position works in a closed-door long-term care pharmacy, allowing technicians to focus on packaging and preparing medication orders without the stress of retail pharmacy or direct patient interaction.
Our team supports individuals in IDD, behavioral health, and underserved communities, helping ensure medications reach the facilities that care for them safely, timely, and accurately.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
- Split schedule
- No Sunday shifts
- Limited Saturday rotations
- No Holidays
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and package medication orders for long-term care facilities
- Label and organize prescriptions for delivery
- Support daily pharmacy production and workflow
- Work alongside a large, experienced pharmacy team
