OFFICE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
General Purpose
Responsible for working with the Office Manager in assisting with customer calls, sales, and providing general support to the office team, field employees and customers.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones calls and assist in daily operations as needed.
- Focus on creating sales and informing customers of our services.
- Ability to multi task: phones, working on sales materials, assisting on office organization.
- Communication (professional and confidential with employees, customers, vendors).
- Ability to provide back-up to Office Manager.
Education and Experience
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and working experience of of sales, phones and office procedures
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods
- Proficient computer skills
- Working knowledge of relevant software programs

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
