Landscape Construction Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing landscape construction and installation projects, leading crews in the field, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise and manage landscape construction and installation projects from start to completionLead, motivate, and hold field crews accountable for performance, quality, and safetyInterpret and execute project drawings, blueprints, and job specificationsCoordinate daily site operations with project managers, general contractors, and clientsEnsure job sites are maintained in compliance with OSHA and SST safety standardsMonitor project schedules, productivity, and material usageCommunicate progress, challenges, and solutions with internal teamsQualifications:5 years of experience in landscape installation or constructionDegree or certification in Landscape or Project Management preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to manage job sites and teams in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to learning, growth, and continuous improvementWe are proud to offer exciting benefits on the first day of employment!
