Responsibilities
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to assess customer requirements and provide them with comprehensive knowledge about insurance choices.
- Work with the team to meet office goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the agent to create and accomplish marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, set appointments, identify customer needs, and market relevant products and services.
- Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic and unwavering commitment to achieving success consistently.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in effectively marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Capable of delivering presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Capable of executing a comprehensive and detailed business plan.
- Skilled at explaining complex financial matters in a clear and understandable manner.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
