John Knox Village is seeking compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Assisted Living community. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care while building meaningful relationships with the elders who call our Village home.
About John Knox Village
John Knox Village is a not‑for‑profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70‑acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.
About the Role
As an LPN in our assisted living community, you will play an essential part in supporting each elder's well‑being, independence, and quality of life. Our homes are designed to reflect a true residential environment, and our care model emphasizes personal connection, teamwork, and shared decision‑making.
You'll work alongside a supportive team in a warm, home‑like setting where every elder is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.
What We're Looking For

A passion for working with elders

A team‑oriented, collaborative approach

Experience in long‑term care, short‑term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility

Valid Florida LPN license

Current CPR certification

IV certification preferred
