Administrative Assistant – Construction (Hiring Now)
John Joseph Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing residential construction company.

Key Responsibilities (Administrative Assistant / Construction Office)
- Provide daily administrative support to project managers and leadership
- Answer phones, emails, and assist clients in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments, site visits, and subcontractors
- Assist with construction project coordination and scheduling
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation
- Track permits, inspections, and project progress
- Enter data into systems (Buildertrend)
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and office organization
Qualifications (Administrative Assistant / Construction)
- 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Coordinator
- Construction industry experience preferred (not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with construction management software is a plus
