Salary range is expected to be between
$80,625.00 USD - $134,375.00 USD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Position Responsibilities
- Own and deliver key outcomes aligned to team and organizational priorities.

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software components and workflows that meet standards for reliability, scalability, compliance, and long‑term support.
- Analyze recurring system problems, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements to enhance system stability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Build and support system integrations and APIs, improve monitoring and performance visibility, collaborate with platform and DevOps teams, and provide technical guidance to peers
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in a related role or function.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Java/Python/Node.js, and SQL
- Experience working in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Java/Python/Node.js, and SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
