What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP Support Specialist position at John H. Carter Company?
- Provides general ERP system support to end users
- Assists end users with complex transactional issues
- Trains end users on essential processes, such as transaction adjustments, order entry, and warehouse functions.
- Write new code specifications for ERP to ensure operational efficiencies
- Testing of new code/development of the ERP system
- System support, implementations, and upgrades
- Develops and maintains training manuals for end users
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet company needs.
- Works closely with management on special projects.
- Maintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
