Accounts Payable / Receivable Coordinator

Job Duties:

· Review all orders in TMS system for accuracy

· Match orders with BOLs

· Confirm rates

· Verify BOLs are correct and signed received in full

· Confirm payment terms and factoring companies

· Invoice delivered loads

· Input and upload required documents to payment portals

· Maintain customer spreadsheets

· Release payments to carriers

· Assist outside agents

Requirements:

· Accounts payable/receivable experience: 1 year

· High School Diploma (Accounting Degree is preferred)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills and Adobe
