As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven Marketing Supervisor who is deadline oriented and has attention to detail to join our Advertising Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Shift:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week or open to part-time for the right candidate
- 8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday through Friday
Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:
- Coordinates with news media in development of appropriate news stories about FH programs and services.
- Management of social media accounts and website, including updates, and management of content, and photography
- Administers and manages office operation for marketing, community relations and creative services offices.
- Makes judgments on the department's role for internal and external customers.
- Writes and designs material for both internal and external publication, including Social Media pages, ads and service line fliers.
- Facilitates internal printed materials and communications as needed.
- Implements and maintains information systems for department.
- Fulfills general job duties and responsibilities with professional decorum.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year related experience
- Knowledge of publisher and graphic design software - preferred
- Social Media and Video production skills - preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
