In this role, you will be responsible for managing online inquiries, communicating with potential customers via email, phone, and chat, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. You will utilize your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
 

• Internet specific sales performance
• Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries from potential customers.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers in scheduling test drives and appointments.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Utilize CRM tools and software to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales a must
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
