Your Responsibilities
As a Aftermarket & Customer Support Coordinator for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, Ilinois, you will:
- Create and maintain records, provision resources to onboard new employees, maintain correspondence, calendars
- Travel Expense Reports and confidential information for the Product Support Director, IT Director and Business and Portfolio Director within Aftermarket and Customer Support
- Specific tasks: Schedule meetings, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (including visas and passports)
- Create and process purchase orders in the common purchasing system (SAP)
- Provide on-site support and access for various consultants and serves a point of contact for visitors
- Process information flow and communication responses for certain inquiries on behalf of escalate complex issues for resolution, as appropriate

What Skills You Need
- 2 or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Superior interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
What Makes You Stand Out
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting Executive-level personnel
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- 2 years in administrative role supporting executive level personnel
