We’re excited to announce that we’ve expanded into plumbing, and we’re currently looking for a full-time Residential Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential plumbing systems. From full piping installations and new fixtures to unclogging drains, you’ll handle it all. Responsibilities also include gas line installation and testing, hot water tank and tankless system installation and service, shower valve repairs, and work on kitchen faucets and garbage disposals.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $85,000 (Hourly Bonus structure)

Responsibilities:

• Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service
• Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options, and maintenance plans
• Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturer's products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job
• Provides technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose identify and repair residential plumbing ranging from faucet repairs, and water heater installations, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair
• Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
• Train and mentor apprentices as needed
• Participate actively in training and meetings
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals
• Commit to high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity

Requirements:

• 2 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Possess basic hand tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, responsible, punctual and professional
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
