Key responsibilities
- Provide front-desk support and help manage overall clinic workflow
- Perform medical billing and coding, claims submission, and follow-up
- Verify insurance and assist with revenue cycle tasks
- Call in prescriptions and coordinate with pharmacies
- Perform or assist with phlebotomy, if trained (or train into the skill)
- Prepare exam rooms, assist with patient prep, and support charting

Qualifications
- Strong medical office experience; Medical Assistant background preferred
- Proven ability to multitask across administrative and clinical responsibilities
- Proficiency with billing, insurance verification, and basic coding
- Comfort calling in prescriptions and communicating with pharmacies
- Willingness to perform phlebotomy or learn
