Overview
Monday-Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm

In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, safe, and visually appealing. Your hands-on work will contribute to creating inviting outdoor areas for communities, clients, and visitors alike. Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and well-kept
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, blowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Support planting projects by identifying plants, preparing soil, and installing new greenery with attention to detail
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
- Assist in the operation of larger machinery like excavators when necessary for construction or landscape installation projects
Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
- Valid drivers license.
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment operation
- Familiarity with plant identification and pesticide management is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments is essential
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude towards landscaping and groundskeeping
- Personable with the ability to approach and speak with customers.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
