Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of outdoor projects. This role involves performing landscape maintenance, installation, and general groundskeeping tasks to ensure the aesthetic appeal and health of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic mechanical knowledge, and experience with lawn care and landscape maintenance. This position offers opportunities to work with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators, supporting both residential and commercial landscaping projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation
- Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing using appropriate equipment
- Maintain landscaped areas through pruning, watering, fertilizing, and weed control
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including excavators for various construction and landscaping tasks.
- Execute hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, or retaining walls
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for properties
- Perform general maintenance tasks including debris removal, soil preparation, and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and landscaping equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices is beneficial
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment operation or transportation needs
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
- Clean MVR for driving a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
