What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through checkout.
- Perform luxury hair color, balayage, highlights, haircuts, blowouts, glosses, and styling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
- Build lasting relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with our team to create an outstanding salon experience.
- Continue learning through advanced education and training.
What We're Looking For
- Current New York Cosmetology License.
- Passion for beautiful hair and exceptional guest service.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Experience is preferred, but motivated newer stylists are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
Strong commission-based compensation starting at 50%, with opportunities to earn higher commission percentages based on performance, experience, client retention, and business growth.
We actively market our salon and help our stylists build a loyal clientele. Existing clientele is welcomed but not required. Top-performing stylists have outstanding earning potential.

- Full-Time
- Tuesday–Saturday
