This is a regional outside sales role focused on new account development and relationship growth across West Texas, based out of our Lubbock branch. You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint, building long-term customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth in the region.

What You’ll Do
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities across West Texas.
- Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Conduct site surveys and provide detailed product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals aligned with customer goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and sales summits as needed.
- Represent Joe W. Fly Company at customer sites, trade shows, and NAFA (National Air Filtration Association) activities—always upholding our values and commitment to excellence.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training programs to support team goals.
- Help drive company growth through excellent service, strong relationships, and efficient practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a related industry - though not required.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills (in person and virtually).
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout West Texas.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability to perform light to medium work, exerting up to 25 pounds of lifting occasionally.
- Regular travel to customer sites across the territory.
- Operate in a professional office environment with regular travel to customer locations.
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and mobile apps.
