The Role
We’re seeking a passionate, driven & strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, design & oversee the recruitment strategy for our New York office & all Joe & the Juice locations as we scale across the US. This role is both strategic and hands-on, as you will develop and implement the recruitment strategies for our new and existing stores, while leading a team of recruiters. You'll build great partnerships across the businesses as well as build processes, implement recruitment technology & programs in order to ensure we successfully staff our teams.
We are seeking someone who cares about the candidate experience, excited about creating processes and programs, and knowledgeable about technology and assessment tools for high volume recruitment.
This role is based in New York and operates out of our office in Soho, with some travel to our markets across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, design & lead the Talent Acquisition function for all US locations including our New York headquarters for both salaried & hourly leveled roles.
- Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open roles, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and culture.
- Design and implement a streamlined, efficient, and scalable hiring process that reduces time-to-fill while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and experience.
- Use data and analytics to track metrics and find trends to drive strategic decision making.
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team while being a full cycle recruiter.
- Identify and implement assessments tools, interviewing techniques, processes and training for recruitment.
- Engage directly with the leaders across the business to understand their growth plans and build talent programs to acquire the right talent.
- Build a strong employer brand through collaboration with internal partners to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Design and execute programs to enhance the employee journey, including candidate experience, sourcing strategies, assessments, metrics, interviewing techniques, interview training and onboarding.
- Define and track recruitment KPIs to measure the success of recruiters and the overall recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- An experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with 5-7 years of experience who has built and designed full-cycle recruitment strategies, from the start of the candidate experience through onboarding.
- Proven background in high-volume hourly recruitment for dispersed populations, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage or retail.
- A strong leader with experience managing, developing, and engaging teams.
- Experience as a hands-on recruiter with a track record of hiring across all business functions.
- Strategic and collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence to achieve goals.
- Expertise in designing and standardizing processes that enhance both employee and candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to use metrics and trends to inform decisions.
