Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Art Therapist. The Art Therapist will design and lead therapeutic art programs, conduct individual and group art therapy sessions, and collaborate with clients to promote emotional well-being and creative self-expression. Responsibilities also include creating innovative, client-centered approaches to art therapy, ensuring alignment with clinical goals, and providing guidance for expressive arts activities. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Art Therapy techniques and Expressive Arts practices
- Knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology principles
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and supporting therapeutic programs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely while maintaining a collaborative mindset
- Master’s degree in Art Therapy or a related field; certification as a registered art therapist (ATR-BC) preferred
- Background in mental health therapy and experience working with diverse populations is a plus
