Job Title: Warehouse & Delivery Associate

Job Summary:
We're looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team at Home Therapist Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing. This position plays a key role in keeping our field operations running smoothly by picking up parts and materials from local suppliers, delivering them to job sites or our warehouse, and handling scrap disposal. If you're someone who takes pride in being organized, efficient, and reliable—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up HVAC and plumbing parts/materials from local vendors and deliver them to technicians or our warehouse.
• Transport old equipment back to the warehouse, cut it down for scrap, and deliver it to the scrap yard.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse space.
• Assist with inventory control and restocking.
• Occasionally help with loading/unloading equipment or supplies.
• Safely operate company vehicles and follow delivery schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong physical ability: able to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and use hand tools.
• Basic mechanical skills or experience in a warehouse/delivery role preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions and safety protocols.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with office staff and field techs.
