We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant who can use their recruiting experience to originate and manage retained search engagements. Developing new business is the primary function of this position.
You will work directly with leadership on complex, high-impact searches for highly specialized roles across power and digital infrastructure. You will learn how executive hiring decisions are made at the top of the industry, and how to guide them. This is an ideal role for a key accounts manager or an agency recruiter.
Client Origination
- Outreach to past clients, re-introduce our firm's services.
- Research emerging digital infrastructure platforms, power generation platforms, and investors to identify and contact prospective clients
- Build curated targets; execute professional, thoughtful outreach
- Introduce our firm’s value proposition and communicate our strengths
- Lead in introductory meetings, ask intelligent discovery questions, and understand hiring priorities
Talent Strategy
- Create sourcing strategies along side delivery team
- Review delivery team's findings and provide a comprehensive talent assessment
- Lead second-round interviews, assessing experience
Client Presentation
- Prepare supporting materials with delivery team
- Participate in client briefings and presentations
- Guide hiring leaders to the right decision through data, narrative, and clear reasoning
- Uphold a high standard of communication, confidentiality, and advisory professionalism
Qualifications
- You have spent the past 5-10 years with a recruiting firm, tasked primarily with developing and securing new client relationships
- You are a hunter; proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented, with a track record of building pipelines and converting prospects into long-term clients
- You have a strong command of full-lifecycle recruiting and understand how to partner with clients from intake through placement and beyond
- Demonstrated ability to speak confidently with senior professionals
- Tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, Bullhorn
- Interest in AI infrastructure, power generation.
