SALES ASSOCIATE - Westridge

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our Westridge location in Pearl City. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed company goals. You will be expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, as well as stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet or exceed sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail sales environment
• Knowledge of our products and services

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Skills:

As a Sales Associate, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
