What You'll Do:
As an Inventory Assistant, you will be integral to our inventory management process, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and warehouse operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor and update inventory data across platforms, and ensure product stock meets all distribution needs.
Invoice & Audit Handling: Audit invoices for convenience stores, distributors, and third-party services, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Warehouse Coordination: Assist in managing incoming and outgoing shipments and collaborate with the team to streamline warehouse processes.
Product Creation & Maintenance: Manage product listings on platforms like Shopify, ensuring that product details and attributes are updated regularly.
Vendor Communication: Track and communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders, shipments, and product discrepancies.
Freight & Shipment Coordination: Keep track of shipments, communicate with vendors about partial shipments, and prepare shipping documents.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with inventory management software and online platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, team members, and other departments.
