What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escrow Closer/Escrow Assistant position at JobTracks, Inc.?
We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Escrow Assistant / Escrow Closer to assist with processing and closing real estate transactions during a high-volume period.
Key ResponsibilitiesOpen escrow files, enter data, and order title searches, payoffs, HOA disclosures, and tax certificates.
Review contracts, title commitments, and loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and schedule closing appointments; review signed packages for proper notarization and accuracy.
Balance files, process disbursements, send wire instructions, and submit documents for recording.
Maintain clear communication with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the process.
Experience: 2 years of escrow processing or assistant experience in a title or escrow company.
Knowledge: Familiarity with escrow closing workflows, Closing Disclosures (CD), and TRID/RESPA guidelines.
Software: Hands-on experience with escrow software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, Resware) and MS Office.
Certifications: Notary Public or Escrow License preferred (where required).
