The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting human resources operations, including payroll, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, training coordination, and employee support. Primary Responsibilities
• Support payroll processing, maintain employee records, and help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and preparation of new hire documentation.
• Help administer employee engagement activities and support workplace initiatives.
• Coordinate training activities, track completion, and maintain related records.
• Provide support for benefits administration, including employee questions and enrollment coordination.
• Respond to routine HR questions and assist managers with employee-related processes.
• Maintain HR data and prepare reports related to staffing, turnover, training, and benefits.
Performance Expectations
• Maintain organized, timely support across recruiting, onboarding, and employee service activities.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Working knowledge of payroll procedures, HRIS systems, and human resources compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting payroll, employee records, onboarding, or benefits administration.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or similar hands-on HR support role.
Tools & Technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
This role requires regular onsite attendance and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a structured work environment.
