JobSource is now hiring a Production Operator for a food manufacturing company in San Bernardino.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
- Operate various machines in accordance with provided training and instruction
- Prepare machine daily operation according to SOP & Standard Work Instructions.
- Perform necessary machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure quality and quantity standards are being produced.
- Consistent adherence to GMPs and SOPs always
- Follows the production schedule
- Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies used in production, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid interruptions in the manufacturing process.
- Accurately record inventory lot numbers used in production, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and adherence to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management practices
- Manage quick changeovers according to the cleaning matrix, ensuring efficient transitions between products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Performs other job- related projects, duties and assignments as directed by leadership and management
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Overtime
11:30am-8:00pm
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- E-Verify required
- Bilingual is a plus, but not requires
- Resume with recent work experience
